Seller & Vendor Agreement
This Agreement applies to businesses selling on SABHAY ("Sellers"). By onboarding as a Seller you accept these terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
1. Onboarding & verification
Sellers provide accurate business details and undergo verification. SABHAY may approve, reject or suspend a store at its discretion.
2. Listings & pricing
Sellers are responsible for accurate product information, pricing, stock and lawful goods. Prohibited and counterfeit items are not allowed.
3. Fulfilment & quality
Sellers must fulfil confirmed orders promptly and maintain quality. Repeated cancellations, delays or complaints may affect visibility or status.
4. Fees & settlements
Applicable commissions and settlement schedules are communicated during onboarding and may be updated with notice.
5. Compliance
Sellers comply with applicable laws, including tax and, where relevant, pharmacy/drug regulations.
