How long does delivery take? Delivery times depend on the seller and your area; the estimate is shown at checkout.

Rides

How is the fare calculated? Fares are based on vehicle type, base fare and distance, and are shown before you request. You pay the rider in cash after the trip.

Is there a ride PIN? Yes — share the 4-digit code with your rider to start the trip.

Pharmacy

Do I need a prescription? Prescription-only medicines require a valid prescription uploaded and verified before dispatch.

Why does SABHAY ask for my location? To show products, restaurants, listings and riders available in your area. You can set it manually or allow location access.
