1. Coverage
Delivery is available in serviceable areas across Pakistan. Availability of specific products, restaurants and stores depends on your set location.
2. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by seller, item type and your area. Grocery, pharmacy and food are typically same-day; marketplace items may take longer.
3. Delivery fees
Any delivery fee is shown before you confirm your order. Fees may vary by distance, order value and vertical.
4. Receiving your order
Please be available at the delivery address and keep your phone reachable. For cash on delivery, keep the exact amount ready where possible. If delivery fails due to no-contact or a wrong address, re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
5. Tracking
Track your order status in the app. For rides, you can see your assigned rider's details.
