Payments Policy
This policy explains how payments work on SABHAY.
1. Cash on delivery (COD)
COD is the primary payment method across SABHAY. Please keep the payable amount ready; riders may not carry change for large notes.
2. Online payments
Online payment options — Easypaisa, JazzCash and debit/credit cards — are being rolled out. When available, they will be processed by licensed payment partners and this policy will be updated.
3. Pricing & taxes
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown before you confirm.
4. Fare for rides
Ride fares are estimated from vehicle type, base fare and distance, shown before you request, and paid in cash to the rider after the trip.
5. Refunds
Refunds follow the Returns & Refund Policy.
6. Fraud prevention
We monitor for fraudulent activity and may hold or cancel orders where fraud is suspected.
