Rider & Driver Terms
These terms apply to riders and drivers delivering orders or providing rides on SABHAY ("Riders"). They supplement our Terms & Conditions.
1. Verification
Riders provide valid CNIC, vehicle and (where required) licence details, and are verified before going live.
2. Conduct & safety
Riders must drive safely and lawfully, treat customers respectfully, and follow traffic and safety rules. Ride PIN verification protects both sides.
3. Fares, earnings & cash
Ride fares and delivery earnings are shown in the app. For cash orders, Riders collect the amount due and settle per the agreed schedule.
4. Availability
Riders choose when to go online. Repeated cancellations or complaints may affect access to requests.
5. Suspension
SABHAY may suspend Riders for safety concerns, fraud or breach of these terms.
