Account Deletion
You are in control of your SABHAY account. You can delete it yourself, at any time, without contacting support.
How to delete your account
- In the app: go to Profile → Account → Delete my account, confirm, and your account is scheduled for deletion.
- On the web: sign in and open your account deletion page, then confirm.
- By email: if you prefer, write to support@sabhay.pk from your registered email and we will process the request.
What gets deleted
Your profile, saved addresses and location, saved carts, wishlists, reviews you posted, and personal contact details are removed or irreversibly anonymised. Once deletion completes you can no longer sign in, and this cannot be undone.
What we may keep
We retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it or to protect against fraud and resolve disputes — for example transaction and invoice records (for tax and accounting), pharmacy/medicine dispensing records required under health regulations, and records of any open order, ride or complaint. These are kept only for the legally required period and then deleted.
Timing
Deletion is processed promptly, typically within a few days. If you have an in-progress order, ride or refund, we may complete it first. Reversing an accidental request is possible only before deletion completes.
