Terms & Conditions
Welcome to SABHAY. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SABHAY website, apps and services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
SABHAY operates a technology platform that connects customers with sellers, restaurants, riders, property owners and service providers ("Partners") in Pakistan. For most transactions SABHAY acts as an intermediary; the contract for goods or services is between you and the Partner.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent) to use SABHAY. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for all activity under your account. Keep your login secure.
3. Orders, bookings & pricing
Prices, availability and fares are shown in the app and may change. An order or booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation. We may cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud or Partner unavailability.
4. Payments
Cash on delivery is the primary payment method. Additional methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, cards) may be added over time and will be governed by the Payments Policy.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide correct delivery/pickup details and be reachable.
- Do not misuse the Platform, post unlawful content, or attempt to defraud Partners or SABHAY.
- Follow additional rules for specific verticals (e.g. valid prescriptions for medicines).
6. Ratings & content
You may post reviews and content. Keep it lawful and honest; we may remove content that breaches our Community Guidelines.
7. Liability
SABHAY provides the Platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the quality of goods/services provided by Partners, indirect losses, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Contact support@sabhay.pk with questions.
